LRDG Diorama+ Italian Hero shot.

Postby sigcollector » Mon Aug 03, 2009 9:43 pm

After seeing 1/72 model I dug out my old Diorama one truck was completely smashed to bits the kubel was a write off, so i ditched one truck and made the kubel a wreck, just fixed it up tonight.
I first made the original in the 90s
I had a bit of fun taking some pics sorry a bit blurry.

Cheers Jonathan

This is Italian Hero  1/35

Thanks Rod and Raymond and Brent
I did take a while to do a I had to convert Germans to LRDG, and scratch build all the headgear and uniforms, Leather jerkins and bits, also the straps, maps and food boxes and so on.
I enjoyed making it, even though it was fiddly at 1/35 scale.
